AutismAble CIC

Welcome to AutismAble, a community interest company focused on improving the quality of life for people with autism and learning disabilities.

Our team consists of highly-skilled, qualified tutors and support workers who build strong relationships with our members, helping them learn and succeed, and begin to prepare for the opportunities and experiences that await them. We specialise in working with people with autistic spectrum conditions and offer a unique skill set in music, digital skills, employability, catering, sports, health and wellbeing, and more.

The majority of our members are young adults (typically in their 20s), but our service is open to anyone over the age of 16.

We offer a holistic approach that challenges our members to learn towards conventional qualifications, gain employment and explore and build confidence in their identity, ensuring they feel ready to make their next steps in a safe and supported environment.

Our purpose is rooted in reducing isolation by bringing neurodivergent people and the rest of the community closer together. With this in mind, we are committed to equipping our members with the independence, awareness of safety, and social skills needed to thrive in a complex society.
