Get instant access to a fun digital therapy app to help your child self manage their worries

Together for Children Sunderland and North East and North Cumbria NHS have partnered with BFB Labs to offer free access to Lumi Nova.

Lumi Nova: Tales of Courage is a digital therapeutic intervention that helps with the symptoms of worries or anxiety for children aged 7-12 years, helping them learn skills to self-manage their worries in an engaging intergalactic adventure game (app).
