Baby Massage with The Playgroup Central Durham and Sunderland

Enjoy soft music and gentle lighting as your baby relaxes into a gentle massage. Our baby massage course offers parents the chance to bond with baby in a relaxed setting and offers technical massage knowledge that can be used outside of the class. Each week will focus on a different area of the body, leading to a full body massage in the final week. Baby massage can have so many amazing benefits, including: aiding common ailments (e.g. colic, constipation, wind, congestion), babies' left and right brain functions are stimulated, encouraging growth and development, higher levels of oxytocin means a calmer baby who is less stressed and able to sleep more soundly and improving attachment and bonding with your baby.
