Come along and take part in a range of fun games and activities including boccia to dance, table tennis to football, we've got it all covered for all ages and abilities.
Each activity is tailored to meet the needs of the participants and alongside developing a range of sport specific skills participants will also improve their social interaction skills, agility, balance and coordination and hopefully this will inspire a life long love for sport and physical activity.
