Community Children’s Nursing Service providing direct nursing care, support and education for children and families with complex health needs who have life threatening or life limiting conditions.
Supporting families at end of life in the home setting.
Support and education/training for other settings such as schools, respite and clubs.
Criteria for access
Any child 0-16 (0-18 for children with special needs) who has a nursing need.
Children with life-limiting and life threatening conditions.
