Free English Classes:
Held at ICOS office, address: 14 Foyle Street, Sunderland, SR1 1LE.
These classes are for anyone living unemployed or economically inactive living in Tyne and Wear.
All participants must bring their NIN and ID and travel expenses will be covered.

- job searching
- interview preparation and tips
- volunteering opportunities
- the costs when starting work
We organise consultations and information events, as well as providing free training. We have a Drop-in Advice and Guidance Centre, used by people seeking help with official correspondence, access to welfare, employability and rights at work. We also have a women group meet regularly.
