Meditation is a focussed, mental activity designed to help us lead a more calm, relaxed and meaningful life. Guided meditation offers a range of external focal points designed to calm the minds 'chatter' and allow us to fully relax and enjoy the moment.
Every Tuesday 10:30am - 12pm at Sunderland Mind Wellbeing Hub.
