Back on the Map Knit and Natter Group

Based in Hendon's Carnegie Community Corner (the old Hendon Library), this volunteer led, weekly Knit & Natter group is a long established, friendly group who meet to knit, crotchet and embroider. Members have made blankets, soft toys, cushions, baby items, christmas decorations, etc. Absolute beginners are welcome. Everyone works at their own speed, on their own projects, and advice and guidance can be found via the more experienced members of the group. Some basic materials are available to help you get started. The group have a stall at the annual Christmas Fair to raise funds for the centre.

The group meets weekly on Thursday afternoons from 1pm - 3pm. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available.
