Community Counselling Cooperative (C.C.C.)

We provide a high quality counselling service to meet the emotional and psychological needs of adults and children living in Tyne & Wear, including areas of deprivation.

We are a consortia of self-employed counsellors who work together on community projects in partnership with other organisations as well as undertaking individual private work. We are all qualified counsellors and members of the professional counselling body, BACP.

Our aims are charitable. We seek to improve the well-being and esteem of our communities, enhance social cohesion and help reduce crime. We encourage individuals, local communities and partner organisations to become stakeholders in our projects and help to shape the areas of work we undertake.
