Careers and NEET Service - Washington

Together for Children’s Careers and NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) Service supports young people in the participation of Education, Employment and Training.

The service provides impartial Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) to young people aged between 13 - 18 years and up to age 25 if they have a Special Educational Need or Disability, who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

Careers Advisers can support young people to make positive choices about their future with information about college courses, apprenticeships, 6th form, employment and training as well as a range of other options depending on individual needs and interests.

All our Careers Advisers are appropriately qualified to nationally recognised CEIAG Standards (Level 6) as recommended by Ofsted and the Career Development Institute (CDI).
