Each session provides access to sports and physical activities, helping participants to develop their skills, technique and knowledge within a wide range of sports and physical activities. These sessions are done through game based practices and activities and aim to inspire participants to try new activities to develop a their own physical and mental well being.
Over the course of the programme there will be access to the a wide range of sports and physical activities including:

- Table Tennis
- Basketball
- Tri Golf
- Boxercise
- Soccercise
- Tag Rugby and many more
