False information requests regarding Universal Credit, please be aware!

Please be alert as there have been a number of Gentoo customers calling in regard to scam callers trying to obtain personal information. It has also extended to reports of members of the public being approached in the street who are smartly dressed and carrying ID badges, claiming to be from the Jobcentre. This information is then being used to make false Universal Credit claims by the scam callers.
