Sunderland Libraries Literature Festival 2018

Libraries Literature Festival 2018

Sunderland Libraries Literature Festival is our annual celebration of the written word and there is something for everyone.

The programme features many local artists, authors and local themes, with highlights including a Murder Mystery evening, Luke Wright's 'Frankie Vah', folk musician Jez Lowe and the Muddy Choir.

A celebrated programme for adults, children, readers and writers.

The majority of the events are FREE, although donations are welcome.  If you need further information about any event or booking, please enquire at the venue where the event will take place or www.sunderland.gov.uk/libraries.

If you havent been to the festival or a Libraries Services event before, look through the programme and try something new.  You'll be suprised at what's on offer.  We are using local venues, so you should be able to find something near to where you live.

To keep updated about any changes or additions to this programme please visit www.sunderland.gov.uk/libraries.

We are organising some events just for schools.  These are listed at the back of the programme.  You can find out more from our Schools Library Service on 561 8866.
