Age UK Sunderland - Keep in touch service

Age UK Sunderland offer a Keeping in Touch Service which is a vital lifeline to anyone aged 50+ who is lonely or isolated and lives within the City of Sunderland.

Independent Age - coping with loneliness

This website is designed to provide advice and support for older people and they have a wide selection of advice and information on all topics.

Sunderland Mind mentoring and befriending

Sunderland Mind's new Mentoring and Befriending Project will match volunteer mentors with people who need support to go out on their own.

The support could be attending interviews, going to courses, activities, developing new hobbies and interests.  You can find more information on the Sunderland Mind website.
